  1. So when doing a set up you touch off all your tools first (x and z) THEN you set your G54?

    And say I already set my G54 but then after, had to re touch off my tool #1 for some reason… would that move my whole G54?

  3. hi x axis offset is wrong that job may be 18 mm od but u set only x0.18 which means in correct. right one x18.00 and measure u

    here 18 mm given as example

  4. Good training. There are many ways to setup your geometry offset page. We use tool#1 as zero that way the other tools represent the difference in length. Such as a boring bar that is 3" longer than tool #1 shows up on your setup page as 3.000.
